Digital Products - Limited Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of our datasets, we have a limited return policy. All sales are generally final once download links have been delivered to your email address.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be considered within 7 days of purchase only under the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing download access
• Dataset significantly different from the description provided
• Corrupted or incomplete files that cannot be resolved through technical support

Return Process

To request a return, contact us at domingo@ksinsights.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include:

• Your order number
• Detailed description of the issue
• Screenshots or evidence of the problem (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Datasets that have been successfully downloaded and accessed
• Compatibility issues with your software or systems
• Datasets purchased on sale or with discount codes
• Gift card purchases

Before requesting a return, please contact our technical support team at domingo@ksinsights.com. Many download and access issues can be resolved quickly through our support process.

Refunds

If a return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days
• You may be required to provide proof that files have been deleted from your systems

European Union Rights

EU customers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of purchase. However, by downloading the digital content, you acknowledge that you forfeit this right unless the content is defective or significantly different from what was described.
